網膜剥離眼に於ける眼圧調整の様相について—第二篇 眼圧日差動揺

緒言

眼圧日差動揺に対する検索は1904年にMasle-nikoff^1）か正常眼に於ける眼圧日差動揺の存在を認めて以来進展し，緑内障眼に於ても朝高夕低型なる動揺形式をとると信奉したKöllner一派^3）以後，その型に就いても，動揺値に就いても種々検討が加えられ，Hagen^4）Sugar或はLöhlein．Feigenbaum^9）等により動揺値についての生理的限界が規定され，更に1951年Langley-Swanljung^5）に至つて，型の分類に於て之に二峰型，下降型，上昇型，恒常型なる四つの型式をとる事が明白となり，後Duke-Elder^6）須田^7）岸本^8）等によりその妥当性が確認され現在に至つている。かくして，緑内障眼に対して各種多種多岐に亙る検索が加えられているが，この日差動揺値についての検討は現在緑内障眼解明に重要な地位を占めている。網膜剥離眼に於ては緑内障とは別の意味に於て，眼圧異常を来すが余はかかる検索の意義を検すると共に，網膜剥離眼眼圧調整の様相の解明一方法として並に網膜剥離症の種々の分野に亘り，患眼並に非罹患眼に就て，日差動揺値，その形式を検し，加え両者の関連性に就て検索を加えて見た。並にその成績を報告し，眼圧調整解明の一助としたい。（眼圧値に就ては第一篇にて報告する）

By mearuring the daily yariation about 256 cases of retinal datachnient. the following results were obtained.

1. Percentage of unstahle eyes which schowld, above 6mHg iu daily variation, 35%; after opration went down 19%, especialy the eyes with oral disinsertion, and low tensions eyes were unstable.

2. The cllassification and percentage of pressure variation-type. were obtained as follows.

Flat type 46%, rising type 18%, falling type 14%, irregular type 12%, double variati, on. 5%.

3. In the relation between affected eyes and non affected, two third of all retinal detachment were schowd parallel relation.
