網膜剥離眼に於ける眼圧調整機序の様相について—第1篇 眼圧値について

Studies on the phase about the regulations mechanism of intra ocular pressure concerning the idiopathic retinal detachment

緒言

　特発性網膜剥離眼圧値に就いてはGraefeを初めとして種々の報告を見るのであるが，その大勢は従来の成績に拠るが如く眼圧の下降を招来する眼疾患の1つに挙げられている。

　従つてその多くの報告者は本疾患に於ける眼圧は下降すると記載しているが，その下降の成因に就いては必ずしも一致を見ず，或者はこの眼圧下降は本症にとつて第一義的なものであるとし，或者は2次的現象であるとするものもあり，実験剥離眼に於ける成績，或は本症の経過の推移による眼圧の変化等を考慮し，その成因に対する推論は，多岐に亘つている現況である。即ち本症に於て早期に眼圧が下降するとしたものに1867年にGra-efeがあり，後Schnabel （1876）を初めとしてSamelsohn （1882），Kümmel, Löwenstein, B．Hirschfeld, Gallois，江塚，出羽，石川氏等がいずれも眼圧の下降を記載した。

Intraocular tension was measured for 265 eyes with retinal detachment. The result ob-taind were as follows:

1) The meanvalue of the tension was 13.38±2.02mm Hg and 72% smaller than that of the non-affected eyes.

2) 43% of the eyes with change in ocular tension recovered normal tension after opera-tion, but mean tension decreased further to 11.0±1.8mmHg by the operation.

3) Labile ocular tension was observed in most cases of large hole and tear at ora serrata.

A rise in ocular tension was found in 15% of eyes with tear at ora serrata and it seems to signifing ciliary body affection.
