緒言

　体位の変動によつて血液の分布状態に変動を生ずることは，従来知られて居り，上腕動脈血圧に変動を見ることが報告されている。眼科的方面に於ても体位の変動による網膜中心動脈血圧の変動に就ては，Bailliart，Leplat，Salvati，鴨川，長谷部，今井氏等の研究があり，網膜黄斑部毛細管血圧の変動に就いては，植村，石田，中島，加藤，宮崎，山田氏等の研究があ。又眼圧に就ては，Köllner，Thibert，Thiel，Wegner，三谷，河本，魵沢，山田氏等の研究がある。而して眼底に於ても体位の変動により血液分布状態に変動を生じて色調に異同を生ずるであろうことは容易に考えられる事であるが，然しこれに関する研究は未だ之を見ないのである。私は大橋式比色計を使用して之に関する実験を行つた結果いささか興味ある視東乳頭比色上の新知見を得たので，こゝに報告する次第である。

The fluctuation of colorimetric value of the optic disc and ocular tension at 10 min. after the dorsal pasition (the head bent down about 15°) from the value at sitting position were determined and the following results were obtained as to 45 healthy eyes.

(1) N/T in the low head position increases in all cases as compared with that in sitting position, namely the difference of brightness of the optic disc between auricular side and nasal side increases.
