副腎皮質ホルモンの角膜創傷治癒に及ぼす影響—（第4報）各種ステロイドの家兎前房水に及ぼす影響（プレドニゾロンとハイドロコーチゾンの比較）

I．緒言

　私は先きに，コーチゾンを始めとする副腎皮質ホルモンの治効の本能を究明すると同時に，その臨床的使用法をも併せ検討する目的で，先づ角膜創傷治癒機転に及ぼす影響に就いて，昭和27年以来実験を続け，その第一報を昭和27年12月第316回東京眼科集談会で発表して以来，現在までその成績の一部を眼科臨床医報（第49巻5号），臨床眼科（第10巻3号及び第11巻1号）に掲載した。

　今回は，第3報までの組織学的検索に併せて，他の観点から本問題を検討し，新知見を得たので，前報までの成績と比較検討して総括的に記述することとする。

An experiment on the local irritating acthion was made by the local administration of steroids (stbconjunetival injection) comparing with the intension of anti-inflammatory action of Prednisolone and Hydrocortison wwich have an effect on the experimental aseptic infla-mmatory eye and the second aqueous humor of anterior chamber.
