視束乳頭部に原発したRetinoblastoma Exophytumの1例

The primary Retinoblastoma Exophytum on the papilla nervi optici mistaken for primary glioma of the optic nerve.

Ⅰ．緒言

　Glioma Exophytumは甚だ稀なGliomaRetinaeであるが，私は満10歳の女性で，視束乳頭部に限局した腫瘍で，眼内での増殖は極めて僅かで，却て，視神経を経て，脳内迄も進展し不幸な転帰を取つた一例を経験した。然も，本例は臨床上は全く視神経に原発したGliomaの如く考えられ，然も，網膜及び視神経の腫瘍の組織学的所見ではmeduloblartomaと考えられるのであるが，脳内のGliomaの組織学的所見から網膜が原発巣である事が判明した例である。この事は，視神経原発のGliomaの組織学的所見検索上注意を要す可き事である。

　本例症は9歳4カ月頃より発病し，満10歳にて死亡した例で，Glioma発生年齢としては比較的高年齢に属する事，及び，かかる年齢の児に発生するGliomaとしては，比較的，腫瘍の進展が急激であつた事も稀な例症であるので敢て報告する。

A child was attacked by primary Retinostoma Exophytum on the papilla nervi optici when 9 years and 4 months old and died from it when 10 years old.

At first the authors proved the presence of papillitis or light papilla oedematosa and light exophthalmus and blindness of the right eye, and presumed retrobulbar change.

On autopsy we found the right optic nerve hypertrophied diameterally 8 mm long and intracranial tumour enlarged, but the primary focus, tumour of the papilla nervii optici is very small (diameterally 8 mm, 3 mm thick)
