視束乳頭充血に関する臨床的研究—第2報病的眼の機能検査成績

Clinical studies of the congestion of the papilla (Report 2 )

　眼底検査中に人工的に眼球を圧迫して，これを除くと，乳頭上の動静脈が拡張して潮紅が見られることは既に知られている。

　著者は先に正常人眼100眼につき，乳頭縁の耳鼻側の動静脈8本につき，バイアール50グラム，3分間加圧して，その前後の拡張の度合を計測，報告した。

It is known that, after pressing on the eyeball, the vessels on the papilla dilated and congested.

Formerly, in 100 normal eyes, the author measured the variation of the calibers of the 8 vessels (art. et ven. temp. et nasal. sup. et inf.) on the papilla, befor and after pressing on the eyeball with 50 gramm, for 3 minutes by Bailliart's ophthalmodynamometre, and reported the results.

Now, with the same apparatus and by the same method, the author measured the caliber of the vessels on the pathological papilla.
