　近時角膜移植術は，その術式の改良並びにコーチゾン等の使用により，その適応症の範囲を拡げつつある。

　筆者はすでに，犬及家兎を用いて，新しい術式による角膜移植術を実験的に研究し報告したが，今回臨床的にも本法を応用する機会を得たのでここに報告する。

Corneal grafts were performed in the two cases using the cornea of eye-ball extracted10 hours after death and preserved in 4 C for 103 hours.

The first case has had the superficial corneal nubecula and the lamellar corneal graft, 7mm. in diameter, was done improving the vision from 0.08 to 0.3.

In the second case, the thick white flack spreaded all over the cornea, the penetrating corneal graft, 7mm. in diameter, was done. The grafted fraps were clear for over 3 weeks but the improvement of vision were temporary.
