角膜移植用のトレパンについての考案

About the trephine for corneal gafts

　中村康教授が欧米を視察し報告された如く，現在欧米諸国に於ては，保護刀を用いる角膜移植術は一般に行われて居ない。

　この理由についてV．P．Filatowは自己のFM−1トレパンを改良し，FM−3及FM−4のトレパンを考案する際，FM−1トレパンは手術眼に外傷--保護板を入れる為の切開--を追加する事になる。と述べている。

The author has designed an atramatic trephine which was able to be use for lameller corneal graft and penetrating corneal graft and not injured the iris and the crystaline lens without protecter.

This trephine was composed with the edge and the cup over it controling the length of edge.

The length of edge was able to be regulated by the washer between the cup and edge.
