角膜移植術の臨床的応用3例

3 cases for clinical application of corneal graft

　筆者は，すでに角膜移植術の臨床的応用を2例報告したが，その後3例の臨床例に接する機会を得たので追加報告する。

1） S．M．♂37歳

Two eyeballs (1 st case and 2 nd case) which were extracred IIhours after beath and pre-served at 5℃ for 69 hours, and one eyeball which was extracted 6 and 1/2 hours after death and preseroed at 4℃ for 48 hours, were used for three cases of corneal graft.

The 1 st case. Lamellar graft of 7 mmin diameter was performed for vascularized lencoma and visual acuity increased from 0.01 to 0.05.

The 2 nd case. This patient showed thick vascularized leucoma all over the cornea, and received 2 times of cornealgraft and 1 time of cataract operation inpast.
