巨大網膜嚢胞の1症例

A Case of Giant Intraretinal Cysts

緒言

　網膜嚢胞について，欧米では多くの報告がなされているが，本邦においてはきわめて少なく，わずか10数例をみるに過ぎず，比較的稀れな疾患であると思われる。最近著者らは，網膜裂孔を伴わない剥離網膜内に巨大嚢胞を認め，嚢胞が周囲網膜を挙上して剥離を起こすという所謂Weve^1）の分類3型に属すると考えられる症例を経過したので，その大要を報告し，あわせて本邦の報告例を中心に文献的考察を加えた。

A case of 34-year-old man with two giant intraretinal cysts was described. The chief complaints were blurred vision and partial loss of visual held in the left eye. Ophthalmoscopy revealed detachment of the lower half of the retina without tear and two isolated retinal cysts of about 10 disc diameters. Fluorescence fundus angiography showed sharply outlined cystic walls with hyperfluorescent ring at theearly stage. During the late venous phase, these lesion became increasingly hyperfluores-cent forming dense pooling of dye in the cyst-ic cavities. No evidence of abnormal leakage from retinal vessels was found.
