網膜静脈閉塞症に続発した裂孔原性網膜剥離の1例

A Case of Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment Following Branch Occlusion of Retinal Vein

緒　言

　網膜静脈閉塞症に裂孔原性網膜剥離を合併した報告は，内外の文献上極めて少なく，われわれの調べたかぎり10数例をみるにすぎない。今回，陳旧性網膜上耳側分枝静脈閉塞症が存在し，その閉塞静脈領域部に網膜裂孔が出現し，網膜剥離を発現した症例を経験したので，その大要を述べ，従来報告された文献的考察に併せて，本合併症の発生機序について検討した。

This paper describes a case of 43-year-old female with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment which developed two years after branch occlu-sion of retinal vein.

We detected three small retinal tears in the upper temporal periphery. The same quadrant had been involved in branch occlusion of retinal vein two years before. These retinal tears de-veloped adjacent to the area of shunt and colla-teral vessel formations. The accompanying arteries showed marked sclerotic changes.

Fluorescein fundus angiography revealed non-perfusion of retinal capillaries and increase of background fluorescence around the tears.
