Posterior fundus changes occurred in 22 percent (88 cases) of 405 cases of blunt ocular trauma during the past two and a half years in our clinic, and these cases were studied fluorescence angiographically.

The main purpose of this report is to know the visual prognosis in cases with retinal edema and choroidal rupture fluorescence angiographically.

The findings obtained were as follows:

1. According to fluorescence angiographic find-ings, retinal edema after blunt trauma may be classified into slight and severe types, the criteria being very important to know the clinical pro-gnosis.
