最近5年間の網膜剥離手術症例の統計的観察および術後6カ月以上観察した復位症例の視力ならびに合併症の検討

A Statistical Observation of Cases with Retinal Detachment and Late Results in Patients with Successful Operation for Retinal Detachment

緒言

　今日まで網膜剥離の病態，臨床像ならびに手術成績に関する文献はおびただしく正に枚挙にいとまをみない程である。しかし，視力予後および復位例において視力改善を認めない症例についてその病因を詳細に検討した報告は意外に少ない。

　今回著者らは，1970年1月より1974年12月までの5年間に大阪市立大学眼科にて入院加療を受けた網膜剥離患者200名を対象に，病態，手術方法，成績，およびfollow-upしえたものの視力予後について統計的観察を試み，特に，復位後における視力の回復不良症例について若干の検討を加えて報告した。

This is a statistical observation of cases with retinal detachment which were experienced in our clinic during the period from January 1969 to December 1974. Operative techniques and follow-up study of visual functions after opera-tion were also evaluated.

1) Cases of retinal detachment were 16.58% of total in-patients during the period. Males were more frequently affected than female, 59.2% in the former, 40.8% in the latter.
