Abstract 文献概要

　（1）眼底後極部付近にみられた外傷性扇形脈絡膜萎縮の29症例について螢光眼底検査を中心に臨床的検討を加え，その発現部位に特徴ある知見を得た。

　（2）これら外傷性扇形脈絡膜萎縮病巣は乳頭黄斑部付近に起つた外傷の直達外力による病巣（concussion necrosisあるいはchoroidal rupture）を頂点として発現していた。

　（3）発現部位は眼底の垂直方向周辺部に向つて伸展しており，水平方向（3時，9時方向）に発現していた症例は皆無であり，この領域を支配する長後毛様動脈循環は打撲により障害され難いものと推測された。

Clinical and fluorescein angiographic studies were made on 29 eyes of triangular shaped cho-roidal atrophy following blunt ocular trauma. The apex of the triangular lesion was located in the posterior fundus in 15 eyes. In further 11 eyes, the apex was located towards the disc. Through-out the present series, the triangular lesion lay either in the upper or lower hemisphere with the base located away from the horizontal meridian. The concussion necrosis or choroidal rupture was present on the apex of the triangular lesion. There was no instance in which the triangular lesion was located in the temporal or nasal fundus area.
