新しい隅角鏡の試作

Newly Developed Gonioscope ; Fiber Optic Gonioscope, Operation Gonioscope and Coaxial Gonioscope

I．照明光路付き隅角鏡

　前房隅角は隅角鏡により観察可能となる。屈折媒体は角膜と前房水であるから，未開拓の分野である隅角の高倍率下生体観察のための光学的アプローチの方法は必ずしも困難ではないはずである。この場合特に対象となるのは房水が直接流け出るtrabecular meshwork, Schle—mm管，outletおよびunconventional route等である。

　以上の目的から光学的な条件を検討した。従来の隅角鏡の結像論については私どもは以前にspot diagramを用いて検討した（臨眼27巻）。これによるとKoeppe型でもGoldmann型でも非点収差様の結像パターンがえられた。これを補正すれば隅角鏡の解像はある程度よくなるはずである。

Fiber Optic Gonioscope : In order to eliminate the harmful flare and ghost caused by reflec-tion of the illuminating light on the surface of goniolens, a new goniolens fitted with an optic fiber for the illumination was manufactured. By this goniolens an excellent high-resolution gonioimage was obtained.

Operation Gonioscope : Trabeculotomy ab ex-terno can be carried out exactly if the operator is able to observe simultaneously both the operating portion and the angle of the anterior chamber opposite to the operating portion. For the purpose of this method a new goniolens with a mirror and a concave lens was made.
