緒言

　近年前房隅角検査が緑内障診断上欠くことのできないものになつていることは，ここに事新しく言うまでもないことである。

　これを観るには隅角鏡を用いて，双眼の細隙灯顕微鏡にて立体観察するものであるが，これを立体写真に撮影するには，（1）1枚ずつ2枚一対の写真をとつて組合わせるか，（2）この2枚のものを同時に撮影するかで，これには特別の装置を用いなければならない。（1）については私共は既に臨眼23巻誌上（1969）に報告した。

A stereo-camera to take the photograph of the angle of the anterior chamber and the an-terior segment of the eye was constructed as an attachment of Olympus surgical microscope MTX.

This stereo-camera consists of twocamera units with the moter-drive film conductor at-tached to the stereoscopic optical system of the microscope and a synchronized shutter connected to the both units.

A pair of stereophotographs of the angle of the anterior chamber with adequate stereosco-pic effect was obtained simultaneously by this camera with the aid of Koeppe contact lens.
