前房隅角の立体撮影—特にその光学系について

Optics of Stereo-Goniophotography

I．緒言

　隅角検査は緑内障診断，特に病型の決定，治療方針の選定などに欠くことのできない検査方法である。隅角は三次元の複雑な形態をもつもので，平面的な観察のみでは正確に把握しにくい。この意味において立体観察の必須部位といわねばならない。

　隅角の立体撮影を最初に行なつたのはDonaldson（1950）である。またShaffer （1960）はDonaldsonのstereo-cameraを用いて撮影した隅角立体写真図譜"Stereoscopic Manual of Gonioscopy"を出版している。これは隅角検査の入門書として広く用いられている。Donaldsonの立体カメラは現在は市販されていないので入手不可能である。

1) The grade of an elevation at the angle of the anterior chamber was able to be measured from the following equation.

△ : elevation to be measured.

D : (distance between the images of the two points on one stereoframe) minus (distance between the images of the two points on the other stereoframe).

T : distance between the surface of the go-nioscopic contact lens and the point on the ang-le of the anterior chamber.

M : total magnification.

S : distance between two pencils at the sur-face of the contact lens.
