An Optical Model Eye for Study of Mea surement on Ocular Fundus

緒言

　眼球を模式化してそのモデルを作製することにはいろいろな意義がある。近年光学像の情報処理法としての眼球の機能が注目され，その神経伝達のパターンのモデルなどもつくられている。

　眼球の光学的モデルは今までいくつか試作されてきたが，利用目的によつてそれぞれ異なつたものが設計されている。

A model eye was newly constructed for the purpose of optical study concerning the measure-ment on the ocular fundus.

1) The model eye was composed of three spherical lenses. The total focal length was 17.07 mm.

2) The spherical aberration, OTF (Optical Transfer Function), chromatic aberration and other aberrations of the extra type of the model eye were calculated and the were confirmed to be similar to those of the human eye.
