Angioid Streaksの長期観察例—経過中にAngioid Streaksの新生が見られた症例について

Long-Term Observation of Angioid Streaks. A Case Report Associated with Newformation of Angioid Streaks after Traumatic Retinal Hcmorrhages

緒言

　網膜色素線条（以下ASと略）の基盤をなす病理組織学的変化は，Bruch膜のLamina elas—ticaにあるというのが今日の通説である，この弾力膜の変性，破裂によつていわゆるASという臨床像が得られる。また身体他部の弾力組織を侵す系統疾患の一つとも考えられ，皮膚にみられるPseudoxanthoma elasticum （以下PXEと略）はよく知られており，Groenblad-Strandberg症候群の名で呼ばれている。

　ここにあげる症例はAS,PXEが認められたGroenblad-Strandberg症候群の患者で，初診から4年半後，右顔面打撲により両眼の眼底出血をきたし，その後田血吸収されるに従つて出血部に典型的なASの新生が認められた症例である。AS眼底の易出血性は知られているが，AS新生例の報告は少ないので，ここに追加報告する次第である。

Nineteen-year-old youth was admitted to our hospital suspected as pulseless disease. He show-ed typical striae of the skin of the neck, breast and abdomen and angioid streaks in the fundi of both eyes (Fig.1,2). Four years later, he had a slight bruise to his face and immedia-tely the vision in right eye had deteriorated. He visited our clinic with the complaint of blurred vision of right eye. The subretinal he-morrhages were observed in both funni (Fig. 3.) After the absorption of these hemorrhages, new formation of angioid streaks were detected pass-ing through the center of each hemorrhage.
