緒言

　網膜剥離は一般に低眼圧を示すことが多いが，高眼圧あるいは緑内障を伴う症例も10％前後存在することが報告されている^1）2）。

　Schwartz^3）は緑内障と虹彩炎を伴う特発性網膜剥離について報告し，また内田^4）は緑内障を伴う無裂孔性の網膜剥離について報告している。私どもも無裂孔性網膜剥離でかつ高眼圧，虹彩炎を伴う2症例を経験したので報告しておきたい。

Two cases with nonrhegmatogenous retinal detachment, ocular hypertension and iritis are described. In both cases the condition was unilateral and there was a recent history of blunt trauma in the affected eye. The detachment was flat and serous in nature. Chamber angle was wide and the ocular hypertension and iritis did not respond to topical corticosteroid. The associated ocular hypertension and iritis disa-ppeared after surgical reattachment of the de-tached retina.
