網膜剥離を伴つた中心性脈絡網膜炎の2例

TWO CASES OF CENTRAL CHORIORETINITIS FOLLOWED BY RETINAL DETACHMENT

緒言

　網膜剥離をともなう脈絡膜炎は漿液性びまん性である原田病を典型とするが，その他の病種については明確なものに乏しい．われわれは比較的後極部に限局した脈絡膜炎で続発性網膜剥離の発生をみた2症例を経験した。原因はなお不明であるが，臨床上ひとつの定型として記載しておきたい。

Two cases were reported in choroiditis of the macula led to secondary retinal detachment as follows.

1) Inflammation circumscribed mainly in the macula.

2) Retinal detachment was due to accumula-tion of exudate from macular choroiditis-Retinal hole was not present.

3) There was neither general symptome, nor hearing loss and changes in the skin and hair.

4) Retinal detachment was repaired almost completely in about six months or one year except leaving to left central choroidal scars.
