Congenital Optic Pit Associated with Retinal Detachment

緒言

　視神経乳頭のpitは，稀な先天性の疾患ではあるが，しばしば黄斑部の異常を伴う事から注目され，又その黄斑部異常の成因については種々の議論があり，未だ定説をみていない。

　最近本邦でも渡辺等^1），水野等^2）及び荻野等^3）に依り，pitから黄斑部に連なる浮腫を伴つた症例についての報告があるが，久留米大学眼科に於ても1968年より1970年の3年間にoptic pitの5例を経験し，そのうち3例に後極部網膜の限局性の透明な剥離，2例に網膜の円孔及び裂孔を伴う特発性網膜剥離の合併を見，各々に対してゴールドマン三面鏡に依る眼底検査，及び螢光眼底血管撮影等を行ない，pitに合併してみられる網膜剥離に関していささか考察したのでここに報告する。

Five cases of congenital optic pit associated with retinal detachment were reported, which were observed in our hospital for recent three years. Three cases had localized disc-like retinal detachment in the posterior pole without retinal tear, and the other two cases had retinal de-tachment with retinal tear or macular hole.
