網膜嚢胞を伴つた網膜剥離の3例

Three Cases of retinal detachment With a intraretinal cyst formation

緒　言

　網膜嚢胞はまれなもので，わが国における報告例は諸外国にくらべて余り多くない。しかし，近年，眼底検査法の進歩によつて，retinoschisisなどを初めとする周辺部網膜病変に関する理解が深まるにつれ，その報告に接することが多くなつた。わが国においてはこれまでに，百々^1），新津ら^2），白井ら^3）などによつて10例の網膜嚢胞を伴つた網膜剥離症例が報告されているが，さらに1975年に至つて小沢ら^4），石井ら^5）が追加報告をし，嚢胞の成因に関して，嚢胞は網膜剥離に続発した2次的変化であると述べている。

　今回，われわれも1975年1月から12月末までの1年間に，広島大眼科に入院加療された特発性網膜剥離129例132眼のなかに，網膜嚢胞を伴つた網膜剥離3例3眼を認めたので，その治験の概要を報告する。

From a consecutive one-year series of 132 idio-pathic retinal detachments in 129 cases, we de-tected 3 eyes in 3 cases in which the detachment was accompanied by intraretinal cyst. The pati-ents were 34-year-old female, 20- and 23-year old males and were relatively young subjects. The retinal detachments appeared to be long-standing ones.

We concluded that the intraretinal cysts were formed secondarilly to longstanding detachment as they disappeared following successful detach-ment surgery, Our finding indicates that no direct manipulation is necessary for such intrare-tinal cysts.
