緒言

　アトピー性皮膚炎に合併する眼疾患としては，白内障が最も良く知られているが，その他に，眼瞼皮膚炎，角膜炎，円錐角膜，虹彩炎および続発性緑内障，網膜浮腫，網膜剥離等が報告されている。白内障はアトピー性皮膚炎患者の5〜10％に合併するとされ，わが国でも今迄に19例の報告を数える^1）。本白内障の摘出手術後に，網膜剥離の合併率が高いとされている。一方白内障手術に関係なく，網膜剥離が存在することも報告されており，アトピー性皮膚炎に白内障と網膜剥離を合併した症例は，三徴候合併症例（Die Trias Der—matose,Katarakt u Ablatio-retinae）として取り扱われている。このような症例は著者の文献調査において，今迄に14例の報告が見られるが，わが国ではまだ報告をみない。われわれは，最近アトピー性皮膚炎に白内障と網膜剥離を伴つた症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of 16-year-old boy, in which bilateral cataract and retinal detatchment in the left eye developed in association with atopic dermatitis, is described.

Past history showed he had infantile eczema and asthmatic bronchitis.

Typical atopic dermatitis was noted in the face, neck, anterior chest and flexible side of extremities. Posterior subcapsular opacities of the lens were revealed in his both eyes. In hisleft eye, localized bullous detachment of the retina with oral dialysis was present.

At the first examination, visual acuity was 20/100 OD and 20/20 OS.
