Spontaneous Cilio-choroidal Detachment （特発性毛様体・脈絡膜剥離）の9症例

Clinical Studies on Nine Cases of Spontaneous Cilio-choroidal Detachment

緒言

　毛様体・脈絡膜剥離が白内障や緑内障の眼内手術や外傷のあとで発症することは，よく経験するところである。しかし，手術や外傷などの直接的な原因がなくても発症することがあり，Duke—ElderのSystem of Ophthalmology^1）では，spontaneous cilio-choroidal detachmentとして分類されている。最近，私たちは毛様体・脈絡膜剥離が自然的に発症し，著明な網膜剥離を続発した9症例を経験した。この疾患は眼底所見が多彩であり，観察の時期によつて著しく変化することがあつて，まつたく異なつた疾患との印象を受けることがある。過去に報告され，この疾患に相当すると思われる症例でも，実にさまざまな表題で報告されている^2）〜11）。

　今回，私たちは9症例を観察したが，臨床上多くの共通点を有し，独立した疾患と考えられたので，臨床所見，経過，病因および治療について報告したいと思う。

Clinical observations were made cn nine cases of spontanecus cilio-choroidal detachment with following results :

1. The condition was bilateral in all the ca-ses. All the cases were males and the age ranged between 16 and 61 years.

2. Clinical course of the disease could be classified into 4 stages : the first stage of cilio-choroidal detachment, the second stage of re-tinal detachment, the third stage of absorption of subretinal fluid and the fourth stage of cho-rioretinal degeneration and atrophic changes.
