Fluorescein静注の及ぼす影響の組織学的研究—特に血管と肝臓に及ぼす影響

Histopathological Study upon the Influence of Fluorescein Injection:Major Vessels and the Liver

緒言

　1882年Ehrlich^1）によつて，初めて家兎に於てFluorescein （以後Fluoと略す）静注が用いられて以来現在に至る迄，Fluo sodium水溶液の静注は色々な眼科的診断に利用されている。特に最近の眼底疾患の診断に重要な役割を果している螢光眼底撮影に於ては，Fluo静注は今日欠く事の出来ないものとなつており，又この静注では一過性の悪心嘔吐，眩暈以外に臨床的副作用がほとんど発生しない点で珍重されてきた。しかしながら近年Scott^2）等（1963）やJustice及びSever^3）（1965）他によつてFluoショックの報告がなされ注目されている。Fluo静注後の眼組織とりわけ血液一房水柵や網膜脈絡膜組織についての報告はいくつか見られるが，全，身の生体組織に及ぼす影響についてはほとんど報告されていない。そこでFluo静注の生体組織に及ぼす影響を家兎に於て特に全身の主要血管，肝臓について病理組織学的に検索したのでここに報告する。

Twenty-eight rabbits received 5%, 10% or 25% fluorescein sodium at the dosis of 0. 4ml/bd. wt. and were dissected 1 day, 4 days or 3 weeks after injection. Specimens of major vessels, i.e. aorta thoracica, a. renalis, v. cava inferior, v. renalis, vessels of the iris and the liver were subjected to histopathological examinations by means of H.E., orcein and azan-Mallory staining methods.

In the intima of these vessels, swelling of the endothelial cells, pyknosis and hyperchromatosis of the nuclei, subendothelial edema and de-tachment or irregular arrangement of the endo-thelium were observed.
