慢性後部毛様体炎の3例

Chronic Posterior Cyclitis. Report of 3 Cases

緒言

　慢性後部毛様体炎Chronic Posterior Cyclitis（Duke-Elder）^1）は，Peripheral Uveitisとして1950年Schepens^2）によりはじめて記載された。その後Brockhurst-Schepens-Okamura^3）4）により症例が追加され，その症状，合併症，鑑別診断，病理，病因，治療にわたり詳細に報告された。その間，欧米に於ては諸氏により多数報告及び検討がなされた。本邦では昭和38年（1963）浦山^5）が，周辺性ブドウ膜炎として述べているが，その報告例は非常に少ない。

　最近我々はこれ等の定型的な経過を示した3例を経験し，特に螢光眼底所見と組織学的所見について知見を得たので報告する。

A report is presented on 3 instances of chro-nic posterior cyclitis (peripheral uveitis). The condition is characterized by the presence of choroidal detachment in the fundus periphery associated by retinal detachment without retinal tears and by retinal edema in the posterior fun-dus.

The fluorescein findings were characterized by leakage of the dye from the choroid as mul-tiple spots.
