中心性網膜炎の螢光眼底所見について

Fluorescein Angiographic Findings of Central Retinopathy

緒言

　近年，検眼鏡的にみられる黄斑部浮腫が，黄斑部網膜剥離によるもの，黄斑部網膜色素上皮剥離によるもの，黄斑部網膜硝子体癒着の牽引によるもの，黄斑部網膜内面の収縮によるもの，及び黄斑部網膜自身の浮腫によるものなどによつて起こることが明らかにされた^6）。これらのうち，黄斑部網膜自身の浮腫による黄斑部浮腫は，その特有なる細隙灯所見及び他の原因による黄斑部浮腫と区別するために，外国では嚢腫様黄斑部浮腫（cystoid macular edema）^{1）3）4）8）}という名称で呼ばれている様である。この嚢腫様黄斑部浮腫は，糖尿病性網膜症，網膜中心静脈閉塞症，高血圧性網膜症などのさいしばしばみられるのは周知の通りであるが，その他，周辺性ブドウ膜炎，コーツ病，放射線照射後の網膜症，慢性硝子体炎などの眼病の他，白内障，緑内障或は網膜剥離手術後などにも見出されることがある^{2）3）5）8）}。われわれは，このような眼病が全くなく，また外傷の既往もなく特発性に嚢腫様黄斑部浮腫をきたす状態を中心性網膜炎という名前で呼んだ。

　従来このような中心性網膜炎については殆んど注目されておらず，本症に関する文献はきわめて少ない。

The cystoid macular edema following intra-ocular diseases or intraocular surgery has been reported by a number of authors. The purpose of this paper is to describe two cases with central retinopathy due to cystoid macular ede-ma which were different from the previously reported ones. The common findings in these two cases were as follows ;

1. The disease was found in male under fifty years of age and always affected both eyes simultaneously.

2. Chief complaints were central scotomas, visual impairment and fluctation of visual acuity, but no micropsia or metamorphopsia were ack-nowleged.
