トキソプラスマ性網脈絡膜炎初期例の螢光眼底血管造影法所見について

Fluorescein Angiographic Findings in Early Stage of Toxoplasmic Retinochoroiditis

緒言

　従来トキソプラスマ性網脈絡膜炎の炎症は網膜に初発するといわれ，その根拠として，トキソプラスマ原虫が，病理組織学的に，壊死網膜組織および瘢痕病巣より数mmはなれた健康部網膜組織内に証明される事実^2）4），臨床的に，本病初期の検眼鏡所見で病変部の色調が白色を呈し，しかもこの滲出性混濁がその部を通る網膜血管を閉塞したり，あるいはこれをおおつている事実^4）などがあげられている。そこで，本病の初発病変が事実網膜にあるものであるかどうかを明らかにする目的で，本病初期例について螢光眼底血管造影法により検討した結果，本病の初発病変が網膜にあることを確認できたので報告する。

Two cases of a 16-year-old girl presumed ac-quired toxoplasmic retinitis and a 17-year-old boy presumed recurrent congenital toxoplasmic retinitis were reported.

In the former case on four days after onset, fluorescein angiography revealed the occlusion and retrograde filling of retinal arteriole, abse-nce of capillary networks, and fluorescein lea-kages from retinal venules in the lesion into subretinal and intraretinal tissues.
