I．緒言
糖尿病性網膜症を検眼鏡的に認めない時期に，螢光眼底撮影法により毛細血管瘤が見出されることが報告されているが，著者は，それほど高率には認められないことが判明し，その対策などについて考按したので述べる。
The 96 cases of diabetes mellitus were per-formed the fluorescence fundus photography. On the 46 cases in the 96 cases, who didn't reco-gnize the diabetic retinopathy by the ophthal-moscopic method and the observation of the fundus photogram in colour, the findings of fluorescence fundus photogram and ERG were studied.
The retinal capillary microaneurysms on the fluorescence photogram were observed the only one case aged 40 years old male.
It is important to photograph on the various areas of retina and to consider the result of ERG in future.
