糖尿病性網膜症におけるERG律動様小波面積値の検討

Studies on the "Wavelet Index of Area" in the ERG of Diabetic Retinopathy

緒言

　人眼ERG律動様小波の計測では，その振幅を求めるwavelet indexとしてAlgvere^1）2），宇佐美^8），米村ら^9）10），Brunette^3）等の報告があるが，われわれ^4）〜6）はその面積値を計測することにより，律動様小波消長へのアブローチを行なつてきた。今回は特に陰性の振れの面積値を求め，各面積値とwavelet indexを比較検討した。

Comparative studies on each "wavelet index of area" and "wavelet index" which were cal-culated both in the positive- and negative-going wavelets on the ERG were made in 76 diabetic eyes (40 eyes in Scott 0 stage, 10 eyes in Scott I, 12 eyes in Scott II, and 14 eyes in Scott III) while 23 normal eyes served as the controls.

ERG responses were elicited by a focusing xenon single flash light (20 joules) after 15 minutes of dark adaptation. The responses were amplified by a biophysical amplifier and display-ed on a universal dual-beam cathode-ray oscillo-scope.
