眼トキソプラスマ症に関する研究

Studies on Ocular Toxoplasmosis

I．緒言

　1908年Nicolle, Manceauxにより発見されたToxoplasma gondii （以下Tp．と略す）の感染により成立するToxoplasma症（以下Tp．症と略す）は最近に至り非常に重要視されはじめた。眼科領域においても，ブドウ膜炎，網脈絡膜炎の病因論においては，極めて大きな比重を占めるに至り，特に先天性網脈絡膜炎の原因として，Tp．は常に念頭におかねばならぬとさえいわれている。本邦においても，昭和38年来の鬼木^2）〜6）の詳細な一連の研究により，眼Tp．症に関する関心は最近急激に高まり，その検索は，日常の一般的な検査の一つになりつつある。又その手技に関しても，最近信藤^1）により極めて簡便な感作赤血球凝集反応（以下HA testと略す）の方法が考え出された。そこで著者は信藤にょるHA testの方法を慶大眼科外来患者に応用し，特にそのscreeningとしての意義を検討し，あわせて眼Tp．症の疑われる患者の脳脊髄液より原虫の分離をはかり，興味ある結果を得たので，ここに報告する。

Haemagglutination test for toxoplamosis after Nobuto (Jap. J. Parasitol. 14 : 344, 1963) was conducted on 129 outpatients with a view to ascertain the value of the method as a scree-ning procedure for toxoplamosis.

1. No parallelity was observed between the outcome of the HA-test and the actual incide-nce of ocular toxoplasmosis.

2. The test tended to show specifically po-sitive values during the acute phase of central chorioretinitis (Rieger's type) and diffuse cho-rioretinitis.

3. Cases of Behcet's syndrome and Harada's disease also tended to show positive values in a significant way.
