眼トキソプラスマ症の研究—第2報各種内眼部疾患と本症との関係

I．緒言

　眼トキソプラスマ症の診断は，その臨床症状，髄液中の原虫または脳石灰化の有無，血清学的検査の結果などを総合して推定されているのが現状である。近年鬼木^1）〜6）は，福岡市一般住民および九大眼科における外来患者を対象として，本症に関する系統的な研究結果を発表したが，その中で眼トキソプラスマ症は，後極部限局性網脈絡膜炎で代表されることを実証した。しかしそれ以外に，たとえば増田型中心性網脈絡膜炎，先天性眼疾患，視神経疾患，原田病，Behçet病，強度近視などと眼トキソプラスマ症との関係も，研究者の間で問題になつている。著者は，この点をいささかでも明らかにしたいと考え，昭和41年春から各種眼疾患について赤血球凝集反応（UCLA—医化研法）（以下HAと略す）による追究を試みているが，第1報^7）で発表した健康者のそれと比較検討した結果，いささか興味ある知見を得たので，その大要を報告する。

For the object of epidemiological study of relation between various eye diseases and toxo-plasmosis, hemagglutination test was carried out by the UCLA-Ikaken technique with 897 cases of eye diseases which have been consi-dered to have relation with toxoplasmosis, and the titers were compared with those in healthy subjects.
