原田氏症候群の初期眼底所見について

Early Fundus Changes in Harada's Syndrome

I．緒言

　本症候群の臨床症状に関しては，すでに詳細に記載されているが，本症候群発病初期の眼底所見に就いては，教科書をみても，はなはだまちまちであり，特に此の問題をとりあげて論じたものは，畑氏の報告^5）があるにすぎない様に思われる。

　従来，両眼性の中心性網膜炎様所見をみた場合には，原田氏症候群を疑うということが屡々強調されている^{1）6）8）10）18）}。しかし，さらに，発病初期の眼底に本症候群と診断しうる特異な所見があれば，臨床的に本症候群の診断上更には治療上甚だ意義があるものと信ずる。

The fundus findings of five patients with typical Harada's syndrome during its initial period were closely studied. In all cases the evaluation of the fundus condition could be performed within 7 days after occurrence of subjective ocular symptoms. Indirect ophthal-moscopy and slit lamp examination with Gold-mann 3-mirror contact lens were used for the evaluation of the fundus.

As constant finding in all the examined eyes, multiple, round or oval, slightly eleva-ted retinal edema reaching the optic disc ma-rgin was always present in the posterior fun-dus.
