緒言
先にわれわれは眼トキソプラスマ症（以下眼Tp症と略）検索の一端として本症の疫学的検索ならびに臨床例の一部について報告し，東北地方においても他地域と同程度の不顕性感染が存在し，また眼Tp症患者そのものの数もそれほど少ないものではないことを明らかにしたが1），今回さらに症例を重ねたのでその成績を報告する。
Sera of 564 patients with several ocular dis-eases at the period from September 1966 to March 1970 were examined for toxoplasma antibody by means of the indirect hemaggluti-nation test. 48.7% of patients with localized retinochoroiditis showed the positive reaction, and 21.9% central serous retinochoroiditis (Masuda), 21.4% diffuse retinochoroiditis, 18.2% iridocyclitis, 14.3% macular degeneration, 21.7 % Behçet's disease, 14.3% Harada's disease and 19.2% optic neuritis.
