- Abstract 文献概要
約4年間に22例のBehçet氏病患者を観察し，その眼底所見を整理し，次の知見を得た。
1．乳頭或いはこれに接する後極部に現われる限局性で屡々出血を伴う強い浸潤がBehçet氏病眼底変化の基本型と云える。これは毛細管炎に基くArthus現象によるものと思われる。
Fundus appearances of 22 consecutive cases of Behçet's disease have been observed for about four years and following results were obtained.
1) Circumscribed, relatively small, white and intense infiltration frequently with smallhemorrhages around the optic disc is the fun-damental type of fundus appearance of Beh-çet's disease.
2) According to differences of the position, intensity and resudual change of the funda-mental type of infiltration, following patterns could be classified ; (1) fundamental type, (2) perivasculitis type, (3) papillitis type, (4) pro-liferative retinitis type, (5) mixed type.
