Behçet氏病治療の問題点

Treatment of Behçet's Disease

I．緒言

　Behçet氏病の発生病理は多くの臨床的及び実験的研究によつて略その外ぼうが明らかとなつて来たが，発症の発火点をなすものが何か，又再発の機構の中，その引き金役は何かという点はなお不明のままに残されている。従つて発症又は再発の確実な予防法は未だ見出されて居らず，この事が本症治療を甚だ心細いものにしている訳である。この様な現状の中での治療が果して治療といい得る程度の効果を挙げ得ているのかどうかが問題となる^1）。

　この点に留意しつつ，本症完全型26例（男子13例，女子13例）の治療経験及びそれに関連する事項について総括を行なつたので報告する。

26 consecutive cases of Behçet disease were treated and following results were obtained.

There are no complete treatment for this disease.

At initial stage, treatment by repeated hete-rogeneous protein injections sometimes see-med to be effective.

Longstanding continuous use of steroid-hor-mone is dangerous. But, at the recurrent at-tack of uveitis, the use for short period of steroid-hormone is effective as antiinflamma-tory drug.

The whole period of Behçet's disease is ab-out 10 years or more, sometimes several de-cades. But, loss of vision proceeds rapidly within two or three years.
