重症なる経過をとつたNeuro-Behçet's Syndromeについて

Severe cases of Neuro-Behçet's Syndrome

I．緒言

　神経症状を伴なつたBehçet氏病は，1954年にCavaraが，Neuro-Behçet's Syndromeとして報告し，それ以来内外文献に見られるところである。今回我々は，眼，皮膚，粘膜症状からみて，Behçet氏病であり，その経過中運動，歩行及び言語障害，病的反射出現等の神経症状を合併し，しかも重篤な経過をたどつた症例3例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

The authors reported on three cases which seemed to represent the Neuro-Behçet's Syn-drome, in clinical course, accompanied with the nervous manifestations following severe clinical pictures.

The age showing the nervous manifesta-tions ranged from 28 to 30 years. The mani-festations appeared about from one to three years after the appearance of ocular sympto-ms. In the findings of cerebrospinal fluid, cell count increased and globulin reactions were positive.
