Ⅰ．緒言

　Behcet氏病については多くの人々により，各方面より検索がなされている。

　私共はBehcet氏症候群と思われる例に遭遇したのでその検査結果について報告する。

Three male patients with typical symptoms of Behcet's syndrome were subjected to a through clinical examination. Chief findings were: (1) presence of Gram-positive cocci, ba-cilli and diplococci in all 3 cases through cu-lture of the urine; (2) slight increase of resi-dual N in 2 cases with otherwise normal renal functions; (3) slight impairment of he-patic functions as evinced by B.S.P. test, Co-balt reaction and Gross'reactions; (4) positive CRP test in all cases running parallel with accelerated blood sedimentation rate. Also negative RA test in all cases.
