In Behcet's disease, many serological examinations, such as CRP test, ASLO test and many sorts of cu-taneous reactions show positive results. It is very interesting problem that whether these results are specific or nonspecific serologically.

In this study, hemagglutination tests (slide-glass method) were examined on the sera of 6 cases of Behcet's disease, 7 cases of non-granulomatous uveitis and one case of retinal periphlebitis.

At first experiment, erythrocytes of a rabbit sensitized with blood of Behcet's disease were used, then normal erythrocytes of rabbits were used.
