Ⅰ．緒論

　Behget氏病の本態については近年多くの研究が行なわれており，徐々ではあるが，その全容が明るみに出されつつある。これらの研究は主として臨床的，病理組織学的，細菌学的および血清学的の四方面にわたつているが，多くの研究者の一致した見解はBehcet氏病が膠原病性の性状を有することと特有の反応亢進状態にあることであろう。この反応亢進が血清学的に非特異的とみなされる多くの事実，たとえば各種の細菌ワクチンによつて同じように強く皮内反応を示し，時には炎症を誘発されることなどは本症の血清学的性状が従来のアレルギーの概念をもつてしては律し切れないものであるごとき感を抱かしめる。

　Behcet氏病のかかる血清学的性状の機構を明らかにしうれば，本症の本態究明曳いては治療という問題もよほど前進するであろう。本実験はその第一段階としてBehcet氏病に対する特異抗体を探究するため行なわれたのであるが，意外な事実をうることができたので報告する。

In Behcet's disease, many serological examinations, such as CRP test, ASLO test and many sorts of cu-taneous reactions show positive results. It is very interesting problem that whether these results are specific or nonspecific serologically.

In this study, hemagglutination tests (slide-glass method) were examined on the sera of 6 cases of Behcet's disease, 7 cases of non-granulomatous uveitis and one case of retinal periphlebitis.

At first experiment, erythrocytes of a rabbit sensitized with blood of Behcet's disease were used, then normal erythrocytes of rabbits were used.
