Abstract 文献概要

　Behcet氏症候群及びその類似疾患の概念は近来普遍化されその報告は年毎に多くなり同時にその本態或は治療法につき最近の文献にて種々論議されて居る。私は日本医科大学附属医院眼科にて，最初通常の急性漿液性虹彩毛様体炎の形で来たり眼底を透見し得るに至つて初めて網膜出血を発見し定型的な前房蓄膿性虹彩炎の形をとらなかつた為に診断に迷い問診によつて他の全身症状（発熱・陰嚢潰瘍・口腔内アフタ性潰瘍・結節性紅斑）が発見されてBehcet氏症候群と診断された症例を経験したので，茲に報告し文献に追加したいと思う。

A case of Behcet's syndrome which invaded 35-year-old man was reported. Since the ocular manifestation in this case began not as the form of hypopyon-iritis but of ordinary serous iri-docyclitis, the diagnosis was not able to be decided until retinal hemorrhages were found and the early anamnesis of the other manifestations (fever, eruption and ulcerations in the mouthor on the scrotum) were cleared up. Visual acuity became worse and worse owing to several recurrences and, at last, went totally blind due to the occurrence of secondary glaucoma.
