Behcet氏徴候群の1症例

　緒言

　口腔粘膜，眼部及び陰部を同時に劇しく侵す病変はBehcet氏徴候群或はEctodermose erosive Pluriorificielle等と呼ばれて近時注目されつつあるが，欧米に於てもわが国に於てもその報告例数は少いために未だその原因等については充分に究められておらない。私は最近このBehcet氏徴候群と思はれる一例に遭遇したのでここに報告する次第である。

　NOMURA reports a case of Behcet's syndrome which is characterized by a simultaneous involvement of the mucous membranes of the triad, the mouth, eyes and genitals A high fever which resemled that of septicemia and which lasted for 55 days finally responded to the therapy using vitamins and penicillins injections. Repeated cultures from the involved area showed growths of corynebacterium psuedo-diphtheriae. Tuberculin test which was also repeated during the course of the progress showed a gradual change with that progress. To what significance this alteration may be assigned to is not at all clear. Further investigation of this disease in its connection to allergy and virus infections appears to be highly necessary.
