I．緒言
涙嚢鼻腔吻合術は，Toti氏が1904年にその術式を発表して以来，多数の改良，追試が報告され，又近年薬剤の進歩も加わつて，本手術が慢性涙嚢炎に対する治療としては最良の方法であるとされている。而し乍ら慢性涙嚢炎が眼科と耳鼻科の境界上の疾患であるために，現在でもなお本術は一般的な手術とはなり得ず特に本邦においては，欧米における程多数の手術例は報告されていない。幸いにも我々は過去1年2ヵ月の間に協同して涙嚢鼻腔吻合術（10例），涙小管鼻腔吻合術（2例）を経験する機会を得た。又以上の手術の術後経過観察をし，さらに本年9月〜10月に亘つて，本症例の遠隔成績を調査した結果良好な成績を得る事が出来たので，ここに報告する。
The authors performed dacryocystorhinos-tomy on 10 cases and canaliculo-rhinostomy on 2 cases by the modificated technique of Dupuy-Dutemps and Bourquet.
Follow up study ranged from one month to fourteen months. Granulation at the part of anastomosis was observed in 5 cases of dacry-ocystorhinostomy and obliteration occurred in one case of canaliculorhinostomy.
The granulation was extirpated pernasally and in all cases of dacryocystorhinostomy final success was obtained.
