涙嚢鼻腔吻合術の簡易法について

Simplified dacryocystorhinostomy

　シリコン・スポンジを留置物として使用した涙嚢鼻腔吻合術の簡易法を8例に試み，7例で良好な結果を得る事ができた。骨窓部の鼻粘膜を除去し，面倒な涙嚢粘膜弁と鼻粘膜の縫合を排したため，術式ばより簡単になった。

A simplified dacryocystorhinostomy was performed in 8 patients.

In our method, the nasal mucous membrane under the bony window was resected and large posterior flap of the lacrimal sac was inserted into the nasal cavity without suturing. A piece of silicone sponge was used as a conformer.

Seven patients showed clinically succesful results after surgery. This reveals that our simplified dacryocystorhinostomy is of clinical value.
