涙嚢篩骨洞吻合術の経験，およびこれと涙嚢鼻腔吻合術の優劣について

Experience of Dacryocystoethmoidostomy, and Comparison with Dacryocystorhinostomy

I．緒言

　われわれの教室が涙嚢鼻腔吻合術（Dupuy Dutemps）（以下D．C．R．と略）を手がけるようになつてから10年近くになる。そして本法は，最近では全国的にもようやく普及のきざしが見えてきた。

　一方，長崎大学耳鼻科後藤敏郎教授^1）2）によつて創案せられた涙嚢篩骨洞吻合術（以下D．C．E．と略）が文献^3）上に紹介せられてから，すでに10年を経過し，この手術の経験者によつて，その効果はかなり高く評価されている^4）〜6）が，まだ歴史が浅いので，一部の人々によつてのみ行なわれているにすぎない状態である。

Dacryocystorhinostomy (Dupy Dutemps) is better than dacryocystoethmoidostomy (Goto) in usual cases. But either operation of the two should be selected in cases with some rhinolo-gical complication.
