Maklakoff型ソ連製圧平眼圧計の臨床的使用経験

Clinical use of the Maklakov tonometer (USSR made)

　ソ連製Maklakoff型眼圧計を用いて，非緑内障105眼，緑内障32眼において眼圧測定を行い，その成績を，Goldmann圧平眼圧計並びにSchiö_tz眼圧計（5.5g及び10g）の測定成績と比較しつつ検討を行つた。

　Maklakoff 5 gでの測定が他の眼圧計の値と比較的最も近い値を示したが，尚且つ他の眼圧計の値よりも高く，然も重いものを使う程測定値は高くなり，従つて他の眼圧計の値より益々離れて行つた。

　5,7.5,10,15gの4種類の重さの測定値をグラフにプロットした所謂エラストトノメトリー曲線について，その形，傾斜の工合などを検討してみたが，緑内障診断の参考となるような特徴を掴むことが出来なかつた。

　然し全測定値につき，Goldmann, Schiötzの値との相関を見ると，可成りのバラツキはあるが明かに平行関係が認められ，眼圧計としての使用可能性は十分に立証される。但しmmHgに換算する表乃至定規が修正改訂されない限り，mmHgの絶対値を問題にすれば現今のトノメトリーの通念よりすると，混乱を招く惧れがある。

Tonometry was performed with a Makla-kov tonometer on 105 non-glaucomatous eyes and 32 eyes with glaucoma, and the findings were compared with those obtained using the Goldmann applanation tonometer and the Schiotz tonometer (5.5 gm. and 10 gm. weights).

When comparisons were made using vari-ous weights, the tension as measured with the 5.0 gm. weights of the Maklakov tono-meter showed the closest approximation to the values as determined by the other tono-meters. The values of the Maklakcv tono-meter were, however, consistently higher than those of the other tonometers, although the readings ran generally parallel.
