要約　目的：マイトマイシンC併用線維柱帯切除術後の濾過胞炎に対し遊離結膜弁移植を行ったので報告する。症例1：50歳，女性。主訴：左眼痛。経過：房水漏出，濾過胞炎（Stage 2）に対し，第10病日に左眼病巣部を切除し，僚眼からの遊離結膜弁移植を施行した。術後12か月で左眼圧8mmHgであった。症例2：64歳，男性。主訴：左眼痛，流涙。経過：房水漏出，濾過胞炎（Stage 1）に対し，第7病日に左眼病巣部を切除し，僚眼からの遊離結膜弁移植を施行した。術後12か月で左眼圧16mmHgであった。結論：濾過胞炎，房水漏出に対し，炎症コントロール後に行う僚眼からの遊離結膜弁移植は有用であった。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report two cases who received conjunctival autograft from the fellow eye for blebitis after trabeculectomy. Cases：The cases were a 50-year-old female and a 64-year-old male. Trabeculectomy had been performed 4 years before in one case and 2 years before in the other. Both cases showed blebitis with leaking bleb. The leaking bleb was excised in both cases followed by autograft of conjunctiva from the fellow eye. Intraocular pressure has been kept within normal range in both cases. Conclusion：Conjunctival autograft from the fellow eye was effective to repair blebitis with leaking bleb.
