要約　目的：倒像鏡の光源とスマートフォンのカメラ機能を使って眼底撮影を試みた。方法と対象：自転車用ホルダーに，単眼倒像鏡とスマートフォンを同軸になるように装着し，倒像検眼用の＋20Dまたは＋28Dのレンズを用いた。対象として，ラット，ヒト成人と未熟児の各1例を対象とし，眼底の静止画と動画を撮影した。結果：乳頭と網膜血管などが識別できる程度の眼底の静止画像と動画が記録できた。結論：倒像鏡を光源とし，スマートフォンのカメラ機能を使って，眼底の静止画と動画が記録できた。網膜への光障害の危険が小さく，安価で簡便である。画質には改善の余地がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the attempt of fundus photography using smartphone for documentation and indirect ophthalmoscope for illumination. Method and Cases：A monocular indirect ophthalmoscope and a smartphone were fixed to a holder. The fundus was documented in a rat, a healthy adult, and a premature infant using a plus 20 or 28 diopter lens. Results：The fundus could be documented as still and motion images. It was possible to identify the optic disc and retinal vessels. Conclusion：Fundus photography as still and motion images was possible using smartphone for documentation and indirect ophthalmoscope for illumination. The method is free of potential damage to the retina, easy and inexpensive. The quality of images needs further improvement.
