要約　目的：スマートフォンに付随したカメラを用いて細隙灯顕微鏡所見を撮影し，既存のフォトスリットと比較検討した。対象と方法：白内障患者のうち散瞳下でiPhone^®と既存のフォトスリットで前眼部撮影した患者をレトロスペクティブに検討した。iPhone^®とフォトスリットの前眼部写真から白内障のgradeを診断し比較した。Mann-Whitney検定を用いてp＜0.05を有意差ありとした。結果：平均年齢は68.9歳で男性14例24眼，女性13例24眼であった。両群間で白内障のgrade診断に有意差はなかった（p＝0.19）。結論：iPhone^®を用いることで簡便で安価に，既存のフォトスリットと同程度の前眼部画像が得られた。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report photography of the anterior ocular segment using a smartphone attached to the slit-lamp microscope. Cases and Method：An iPhone^® was attached to the eyepiece of slit-lamp microscope. The documented image was used to photograph and anterior ocular segment of 48 eyes of 27 patients. The age averaged 69 years. The findings were compared with those recorded by photo slit-lamp. Results：There was no difference in the grading of cataract documented by the two devices（p＝0.19）. Conclusion：A smartphone attached to the slit-lamp microscope was useful in the photographic documentation of the anterior ocular segment and in grading the cataract in persons advanced in age.
