要約　目的：片眼に血管新生緑内障があり，良好な転帰をとったEales病の症例の報告。症例：38歳男性が1か月前からの左眼霧視で受診した。格別な既往歴はなかった。所見：矯正視力は右1.2，左1.5で，眼圧は右10mmHg，左30mmHgであった。左眼の虹彩と隅角に新生血管があり，両眼の眼底周辺部に静脈の白線化があった。全身の検索で異常はなかった。両眼の無血管領域に十分なレーザー光凝固を行い，4か月後に左眼に網膜冷凍凝固を行った。虹彩と隅角の新生血管は消失し，14か月後の現在，左眼は14mmHg以下の眼圧を維持している。結論：Eales病に併発した血管新生緑内障は予後が不良とされているが，本症例では網膜光凝固と凝固術で視力が維持され，眼圧コントロールが得られた。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of Eales disease with neovascular glaucoma with fair outcome. Case：A 38-year-old male presented with blurring in his left eye since one month before. Findings：Corrected visual acuity was 1.2 right and 1.5 left. Intraocular pressure（IOP）was 10 mmHg right and 30 mmHg left. The left eye showed rubeosis in the iris and the chamber angle. Both eyes showed sheathing of retinal veins in the periphery. He was found free of systemic abnormalities. Both eyes were treated by intensive laser photocoagulation applied to the avascular area. Cryocoagulation was added to the left eye 4 months later. Rubeosis in the iris and chamber angle disappeared with IOP below 14 mmHg 14 months after his initial visit. Conclusion：This case illustrates that retinal photocoagularion and cryocoagulation may result in well-controlled IOP and visual acuity for Eales disease with neovascular glaucoma.
